Creepily, Chapter Three starts with Whisper watching you sleep. Stop being creepy, Whisper! Meet Katie at Triangle Park. She'll let you know she got into a stupid fight with her friend, but you'll soon find out after investigating that they were inspirited by Tattletell. Go down to the riverbed.
Once you see the situation, search the riverbed to discover and befriend Tattletell. Then head to the post office to find a strange businessman. This will start a battle wit Tengloom. This battle is best handled with two tanks and a damage-centric Yo-kai. Roughraff can take a lot of abuse, as can Noway, and Cadin's soultimate is incredibly powerful. This trifecta is very strong.
Next, you'll need to protect a few more seals. Head over to the bank, and defeat Peckpocket. Head over to the community center to fight Mochismo. Finally, head over to the final spot to face off against Slimamander. Focus on the eye, which is the only way to do significant damage.
