Appearance[]
A black-skinned Yo-kai with a large mouth and a lack of other facial features. She has medium-long brown hair that curls up on the ends with bangs that mostly cover where an eye should be. She wears a blue dress with long white sleeves and a matching collar. Her heels are pink to match her phone.
Personality[]
She doesn't think there is anything wrong with bragging, so she possesses humans to make them brag a lot, no matter the consequence. She is proud of her abilities and likes to show off.

Chatalie possesses people with her pink cell phone. She opens it, and it flashes light and pink hearts at the person she wants to possess. She causes people to become loud-mouthed and make promises that they can't keep. When people try to hold them to those promises, they always back down.
